    BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Billing Analyst** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. BayCare’s top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.

    Position Details:

    + **Location:** Morton Plant Rehab (Clearwater)

    + **Status:** Full Time (Non-Exempt)

    + **Shift:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (may vary)

    + **Days:** Monday – Friday

    The onsite **Billing Analyst** is responsible for:

    + providing technical assistance and support to the Central Billing Office in the areas of reporting, physician maintenance, analyzing billing errors, maintaining system access and system files.

    + Utilize available operating systems, software applications and databases to collect, analyze, correlate and report on information needed to measure and report on the performance of the organization in meeting its targeted goals.

    + Responsible for supporting CBO quality improvement of activities and performing other duties as assigned.

    Education

    + Required High School or Equivalent

    Experience

    + 3 years - Financial Analysis

    + Or - 3 years – Registration

    + Or - 3 years – Billing

    + Or - 3 years - Revenue Cycle

    + Or - 2 years - Relevant experience with Bachelors
