Purpose:

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading the development of scalable web applications

Essential Functions:

+ Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

+ Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components using React and Node.js.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

+ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

+ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

+ Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality code delivery.

+ Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Basic Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

+ 8+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on React and Node.js.

+ Proven experience with SQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.

+ Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

+ Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology and its impact on business.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills.

+ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

+ Experience with Linux server management is a plus.

Salary Range: $103,170 to $158,873
