    Our client, a local service company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for processing incoming mail enrollments accurately and efficiently while maintaining detailed records using Excel spreadsheets. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a dynamic and supportive team.

     

    100% onsite position located near the Hamilton Place Mall Area Chattanooga TN 37421

     

    Hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    Open, review, and process incoming mail enrollments with accuracy and timeliness.

     

    Utilize Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track and manage enrollment data effectively.

     

    Maintain meticulous records and ensure data entry is error-free.

     

    Adhere to established procedures while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

     

    Demonstrate a sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities.

     

    Collaborate with team members to ensure enrollment tasks are completed efficiently.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Ability to create, navigate, and manipulate spreadsheets.

     

    Typing Skills: Strong speed and accuracy in data entry.

    Adaptability and Urgency: Capacity to work effectively in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

     

    Reliability: A proven track record of great attendance and dependability.

    Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent.

     

    • At least 2 years of experience in data entry with proven accuracy and speed (minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute).

    • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with negotiation capabilities.

    • Ability to work independently and resolve customer issues autonomously.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas, V-Lookups, sorting, and filtering), and Outlook.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities.
