    Accounts Payable Analyst Opportunity – Hybrid Work Model

    Overview of the Role

     

    Join a team of professionals within the Accounts Payable department, supporting multiple entities and subsets with complex AP processing tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage pay runs

    + Invoice preparation

    + Sales tax compliance

    + Vendor management:

    + Bank Reconciliation

    + Special projects

    Required Skills:

    + Experience with ERP systems

    + Familiarity with 1099 reporting a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

    + Effective oral and written communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment

    Education:

    + Required: Associate’s degree with 2-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience

    + Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

     

    Salary & Benefits

     

    + Competitive salary: $65,000–$73,000/year

    Requirements

    Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree

     

    2-5 years of experience in general accounting and accounts payable

    ERP Experience
