    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to drive organizational success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of HR and the broader People Team.

    • Assist in coordinating HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining compliance documentation, and tracking key metrics.

    • Facilitate communication and workflow between HR, recruiting, and operational teams to enhance efficiency.

    • Oversee the management of confidential employee records and support benefits administration and reporting tasks.

    • Help with time-sensitive projects and ensure critical business continuity efforts are completed effectively.

    • Monitor and maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures to support organizational standards.

    • Support employee relations efforts, including background checks and information management.

    • Collaborate on improving systems and processes to enhance the overall HR function. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications in managing employee data.

    • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations.

    • Experience conducting background checks and maintaining compliance records.

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    • Proficiency in managing documentation and reporting.
