Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Quality Inspector 2 in Indianapolis, IN!
Pay rate: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM,
Type: Temporary
Shift: First Shift: 6;45am - 2:45pm

Performs new and routine inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures of standard parts. Responsible for receiving, in-process, or final inspections as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for utilizing aptitude in measurement techniques, metrology, and blueprint reading and verify operators are accurately measuring and recording dimensions on IP sheets or other documentation.
• Perform first article and first piece approval for operators.
• Perform inspection duties for in-process and final inspection.
• Complete and review non-conformance documentation.
• Support quality improvement and cost savings initiatives, as required.
• Assist Quality Engineers, as required.
• Assist in other production areas, as needed.
• Perform other quality or document control duties, as assigned.
• Perform part measurement on CMM.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum High School or GED
• 3-6 years Quality inspection role
• Interpersonal skills.
• Verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in blue print and GD&T knowledge.
• Ability to correctly use inspection tools such as CMM, micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, and pin gages, etc.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
