Metis is recruiting for a position to support aviation safety for the FAA.

As a Program Manager:

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Key responsibilities include:

+ Project Management : Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

+ Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and direction to project teams, leveraging technical expertise to drive effective solutions.

+ Quality Assurance : Implement processes to maintain high standards of deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

+ Decision-Oriented Recommendations : Analyze project data and risks to provide actionable, strategic recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills, capable of managing complex projects involving aviation safety and driving successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

1. Ma ster’s Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience.

2. Project Management Professional (PMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required.
