    is a rapidly growing company currently hiring an Unarmed Security Officer. We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and we're looking for a strong Security Officer to work in a retail environment. We are a national security service provider licensed in 47 states.

    We are looking for experienced Loss prevention, Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement professionals to be part of our growing team!

    ON THE JOB, SECURITY OFFICER

    + Stand post up to 8 hours per shift

    + Greet customers/ employees.

    + Provide excellent customer service.

    + Watch CCTV camera system and notate accurately in a daily activity report.

    + Observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

    + Provide rapid response in critical situations.

    TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE:

    + Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.

    + High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness

    + Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.

    + Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.

    + Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent

    + Active California Guard Card or willing to obtain one

    + Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service/ security position

    + Have a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years.

    + Drug Testing and Background screening required.

    + Loss prevention, Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience - REQUIRED
