Job Description

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will perform all mechanical and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations at our recycling plant. Your primary focus will be on repairing recycling and mining equipment, including conveyor systems. This role requires proficiency in welding and the use of an air arc and torch.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on industrial equipment.

+ Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery.

+ Execute conveyor changes and maintenance.

+ Stick weld and use air arc and torch for repairs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Comfortable operating skid steers, high reach, or forklifts for maintenance.

+ Experience with motors, gearboxes, bearings.

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors.

+ 60/40 mechanical to electrical repair ratio.

Work Environment

Join us at our outdoor recycling plant where you will work from 7:30 AM to around 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Be prepared for occasional Saturday work and a few Sundays each quarter, as the schedule can vary based on job completion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76000.00/yr.
