    Description

    Operations Customer Service Specialist 1 - OPS supports internal and external Huntington Incoming and Outgoing Returns.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Manage incoming and outgoing packages for Brinks and Loomis.

    + Open packages and organize received checks.

    + Communicate interdepartmentally to resolve discrepancies.

    + Escalates complex customer issues as appropriate.

    + Coordinates training of Operations Customer Service Specialists, coordinates special projects as assigned, updates and maintains department procedures.

    + Participates in system upgrades and testing.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

     

    This position is available for in office work. You must be near 7 Easton Oval, Columbus, Ohio.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 1 or more years of banking and or finance experience

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Strong Microsoft Teams (channels) and Excel knowledge

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Ability to work upright, on your feet for extended periods of time.

    + Ability to safely lift 10lbs.

    + Work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

    + Team Oriented

    + Strong Organizational Skills

    + Ability to multitask
