    We’re hiring Construction Laborers to install track systems and commercial trash chutes across various job sites. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable working on lifts, and looking for a long-term opportunity with great benefits—this is the role for you.

     

    •Starting Pay: $22/hour

     

    Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Contract to Hire

    What You’ll Do

    + Install track systems for large wall panels using wrenches and hand tools.

    + Construct commercial trash chutes using ductwork materials.

    + Operate and work from scissor lifts at heights up to30 feet(typical height: 10–15 feet).

    + Read and measure accurately using a tape measure.

    + Lift and move materials up to100 lbs.

    + Travel to job sites in Nebraska and surrounding states(transportation provided).

    What You Bring

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools.

    + Strong carpentry skills and mechanical aptitude.

    + Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts.

    + Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

    + Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel 1–3 times/month for 3–5 days.

    Bonus Experience

    + Duct installation or strut framework.

    + Work on school properties, Air Force bases, or airports.

    + Ability to operate a company vehicle if needed.

    + Monday–Friday

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
