We are seeking a Parts Counter Person with specific experience in Alpha Romeo and Maserati parts. You'll be responsible for customer service and retail sales at an auto parts store. In this position, your responsibilities include selling parts and taking inventory of stock in storage and, if necessary, on shelves Benefits: * Hourly pay plus Bonuses * Paid training * Health insurance * 401(k) matching * Employee discount * Vision insurance * Dental insurance Responsibilities: * Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish * Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock * Complete special order part request for the customer * Communicate with customer on parts status * Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner * Must follow all company safety policies and procedures * Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry Requirements: * Previous experience with Alpha Romeo and Maserati parts * Ability to identify the problem quickly * Effective analytical and communication skills * Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills * Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications * Minimum of 1 year in service department * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
