**Job Title: Administrator- Epic Infrastructure Engineer Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Citrix Administrator with Epic experience to join our IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing our Citrix infrastructure to ensure smooth application delivery and user experience. Your familiarity with Epic systems will be instrumental in enhancing healthcare operations and enabling seamless access to critical applications. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the administration and maintenance of Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler.

- Ensure reliable performance and availability of Citrix applications and infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

- Collaborate with Epic application teams to ensure proper integration and functionality of Epic systems within the Citrix environment.

- Conduct performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization for Citrix and Epic applications.

- Implement security policies and protocols to safeguard data and system access.

- Document processes, configurations, and system updates for ongoing reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience and education).

- Experience in Citrix administration, including XenApp and XenDesktop.

- Familiarity with Epic systems and healthcare IT workflows.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving Citrix environments.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Certification Requirement:

Epic certification is required within 120 days of hire. (The company will provide necessary support for certification preparation.)
