    Driver Associate – 2nd Shift

    **Schedule:** Monday - Thursday ; 4pm - 2:30am

    **Pay:** $18.45/hr + 6.25% Shift Differential ($19.60/hr) + Performance Based Incentives!

    What will you do?

     

    A day in the life of a Driver Associate at VF looks a little like this.

     

    Assist with stocking and retrieving merchandise stored on various levels using high lift materials handling equipment to lift, carry, move, and position a palletized merchandise.

     

    Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

     

    + _Use a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to elevate workers 40+ ft high to stock or retrieve merchandise, perform cycle counts in VNA._

    + _Responsible for working independently to reach individual production goals safely and accurately._

    + _Operate powered industrial trucks equipped to move materials around a warehouse, storage yard, or similar location._

    + _Adhere to and follow all company safety procedures._

    + _Lift, push or pull boxes of 35-40lbs_

     

    What do you need to succeed?

     

    **Educational position requirements:** High School Diploma or equivalent education

    The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

    + _Basic level of education will be required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability._

     

    There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

     

    + _Prior Cherry Picker Experience_
