Range: $24.25 - 28.25
Basic Function: To connect with new-to-district families and manage the student information system (Infinite Campus). Oversee the collection, entry and update of student enrollment and registration data. Serve as the district contact for submission of student reporting to the State of Iowa.

Performance Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and communicate all student registration. Provide instructional information to community members (parents/guardians) on how to access information on the district’s SIS and the district website.
+ Manage and maintain all data relating to the Student Information System (SIS) as it relates to student enrollment, staff information, rosters and courses, grading set up, online registration, and achievement.
+ Maintain confidentiality with regard to all student information.
+ Collaborate with staff to verify, collect and provide required data for various information reports used to facilitate the day to day education of students, including but not limited to CRDC, MAP, Clever, Panorama Success, and ISASP.
+ Assist in collecting and submitting data for the following: Student Reporting in Iowa (SRI), Certified Enrollment, State ID System, school photographers, and Blackboard.
+ Provide training to staff members on the SIS.
+ Coordinate district volunteer program, including background checks and communication of approved/denied volunteers.
+ Administer and/or oversee all non-nutrition, student-facing fees into the SIS (Infinite Campus).
+ Provide expertise and assistance with open enrollment regulations, record keeping, questions and processes.
+ Provide expertise and assistance to Home School families and the Home School Program Coordinator.
+ Primary coverage of district office phone lines and front desk, as needed. (Add “secondary” to HR Generalist Job Description; plus opening District Office mail)
+ Collaborate on the School Registration and Parent Portal web pages and forms with up to date information.
+ Secondary coverage for district messaging when needed.
+ Assumes such other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Specifications/Qualifications: 1. High School Diploma, two or four year degree preferred
+ Computer skills (Google, Excel, Infinite Campus, Word, Office, State of Iowa Education Portal)
+ Expertise in database structures, preferably school information systems
+ Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
+ Good customer service skills
+ Technology operation (copier, fax, printers, badge printers, etc)
Working Conditions: 1. Includes extremes of temperature and humidity.
2. Hazards include stairs and communicable diseases.
