    **Title** : Documentation Specialist

    **Location** : Maplewood, MN

    **Duration** :7+ Months

    **Pay Range :** $20/hr to $25/hr (On W2)

     

    We are looking for a “Documentation Specialist“ to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system with 2 - 3yrs.

    + Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request. Experience Responsible for lot history record review for completeness, accuracy and good documentation practice.

    + Responsible for reviewing incoming inspection records and the release of components and labeling. Responsible for filing and archiving lot history records.
