Our client, a prominent leader in the centrifugal pump industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Clackamas, OR

**Pay Range:** $28.00 - $35.00/hr DOE

**Shift:** Day Shift, M-F 6:00am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools.

+ Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including plumbing and electrical systems.

+ Collaborate with Operations staff to identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

What's Needed?

+ Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, highly preferred.

+ Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial manufacturing environment.

+ Ability to operate lifting equipment and forklifts.

+ Strong aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
