Description

Duties:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting

• Conduct regular reviews of General Ledger (GL) activity, schedules

• Collaborate with department managers to create budgets

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial forecasting.

• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll

• Monitor employee timekeeping systems

• Handle payroll-related reporting, such as W-2s, tax filings, and benefits deductions.

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and dealership financial records.

• Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate billing records.

• Enforce internal controls

• Oversee tax compliance, including sales tax, payroll tax

• Work closely with external auditors

• Supervise and mentor accounting and office staff

• Conduct regular training sessions

• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

+ Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
