Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Sartell, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations, logistics, and customer service. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, managing invoices, and processing payments.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Oversee logistics and shipping functions to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Execute tasks in alignment with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively, ensuring timely completion.
• Support call center operations by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Validate and implement plans to improve transportation services and overall business operations.
• Ensure compliance with discrimination laws and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to drive continuous improvement and business growth. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or office administration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, invoices, and payment processing efficiently.
• Knowledge of logistics and shipping functions, with a focus on maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
