We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Dallas, Texas. • Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client goals.

• Prepare clients for trial and represent them effectively in court proceedings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication and exceptional service.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for challenging legal issues.

• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of case management.

• Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation matters.

• Proven ability to manage cases from start to finish, including trial experience.

• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.

• Excellent academic credentials and industry knowledge.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proactive decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in case management and legal document software

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
