Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for various mediums, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other branding materials.
+ Brand Consistency: Ensure all design materials align with the company’s or client’s branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet strategic goals.
+ Image Editing: Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and graphics for use in both digital and print formats while maintaining visual integrity.
+ Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
+ Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and tools to introduce fresh design concepts and techniques.
+ Compliance: Adhere to copyright laws, licensing agreements, and ethical practices related to graphic design content.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience: 2–5 years of relevant design experience in an agency, in-house, or freelance setting.
+ Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus.
+ Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs across different mediums and industries.
+ Technical Knowledge: Understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout principles. Experience with HTML and CSS is a bonus.
+ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
+ Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for visual composition and ability to ensure accuracy in design outputs.
+ Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt designs based on feedback or revisions.
