Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Lebanon, Indiana. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and advanced technical skills to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis, to support business decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and evaluate company performance.

• Create and deliver detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Utilize data mining techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

• Design and implement dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to track key performance indicators.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting processes.

• Identify areas for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate data and insights. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a related role.

• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

• Strong understanding of data mining techniques and their application in financial analysis.

• Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis and interpret financial data.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
