    We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for an as Order Entry Clerk role in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow with a reputable organization.     Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input and manage orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.

    • Process claims and payments in compliance with company policies.

    • Utilize SAP software to maintain and update records efficiently.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

    • Maintain organized documentation for all transactions and customer interactions.

    • Handle check processing tasks with precision and timeliness.

    • Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal teams when needed.

    • Assist in implementing system improvements to streamline order entry processes.

    • Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive information.

     

    Requirements • Previous experience in data entry or order processing is preferred but not required.

     

    • Proficiency in SAP or similar software is an advantage.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

    • Positive and reliable work ethic with a commitment to quality.
