+ asure and mix with accuracy and precision all croissants, danish, puff pastries, breads, and muffin doughs

+ Operate all mixing equipment & maintain dough specifications (mixing time & temperature).

+ Scale and mix with accurate preciseness all fillings.

+ Follow all requirements of SQF, FSMA, HACCP/HARPC, cGMPs, and OSHA regulations as they pertain to food safety in a manufacturing facility.

+ Follow all local, state and federal regulations.

+ Learn additional policies, tasks, skills and duties in support of additional food safety and quality programs.

+ Adhere to other related programs including but not limited to GMPs, personnel hygiene, and allergen training.

+ Learn additional policies, tasks, skills and duties in support of additional food safety and quality programs.

+ Adhere to other related programs including but not limited to GMPs, personnel hygiene, and allergen training.

+ Monitor and preserve daily: the dairy chill, trimming freezer & chill, fermentation room and filling chill.

+ Control and maintain stock readiness for dairy chill, trimming freezer & chill, retardation room, filling chill, and mixing table.

+ Enforce our FIFO (First In - First Out) policy on all food ingredients.

+ Report all mixes on the Batch Reporting Database correctly and accurately including noting any exceptions to our standard.

+ Operate and print using the Zebra printer & Nice Label software.

+ Maintain and control cleanliness of all mixers, chill boxes, mixing tables, and those areas.

+ Perform all other duties as assigned.

Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm

**Pay Details:** $19.20 to $20.20 per hour
