Job Title: Engineering Sales ManagerJob Description

As an Engineering Sales Manager, you will execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on avionics products and services. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, create and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities. You will prepare and deliver technical proposals and commercial quotes tailored to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

+ Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.

+ Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

+ Monitor product performance and gather data to inform future product decisions and improvements.

+ Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand market presence.

+ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in avionics and aerospace sales.

+ Mechanical aptitude and engineering knowledge.

+ Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Computer Science, Associate’s degree, or Pilot Experience Certificate.

+ Five or more years of experience in aerospace sales, preferably in avionics.

+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

+ Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve success.

+ Deep understanding of sales strategies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
