Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
+ Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
+ Ability to promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
+ Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
+ Excellent tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Achieve business goals by working collaboratively with advanced retail advertisers and an internal team of account managers, analytical leads, and product specialists.
+ Develop C-Level relationships with major customers as a trusted consultant to optimize their advertising and business outcomes. Manage existing stakeholder relationships and develop new ones across our clients leadership.
+ Generate and operationalize joint business plans to maximize mutual business impact through defined strategies.
+ Develop scalable/leading edge solutions for clients to optimize their advertising investment and maximize use of all Google AI solutions, with a special focus on state of the art measurement. Understand and adapt to Google's ongoing product and technology developments (AI and platform evolution).
+ Manage multiple cross-product opportunities and projects, with a deep focus developing exceptional performance strategies for clients, while taking midsize customers end-to-end.
