    Job Title: Receptionist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a part-time receptionist to efficiently manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The role includes working on Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm and Wednesday from 8 am to 12 pm. This position has the potential to become full-time or permanent for the right candidate.

    Responsibilities

    + Answer and transfer phone calls professionally.

    + Greet guests warmly as they arrive.

    + Ensure visitors sign in using the provided sheet.

    + Issue badges to visitors.

    + Notify relevant parties upon the arrival of packages.

    + Perform data entry tasks and manage emails as required.

    + Assist with printing labels.

    Essential Skills

    + Customer service expertise.

    + Experience in front desk operations.

    + Proficiency in administrative support.

    + Receptionist experience with a focus on customer service.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Friendly and personable demeanor as the first point of contact.

    + Prior customer service experience is preferred.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is dynamic and welcoming, with a focus on providing top-notch customer service. Dress code is business casual, and you will be using standard office equipment and technologies to perform your duties.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
