Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable team, overseeing the day-to-day account receivable functions including charge input, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. Responsibilities:
+ Optimize performance through regular monitoring and analyzing aged receivables, identifying trends, and developing strategies for improvement.
+ Ensures compliance with regulations and policies to facilitate attainment of accounts receivable targets.
+ Oversee the timely and accurate submission of claims to third-party payers, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and claim accuracy.
+ Analyze claim denials, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce denial rates and maximize revenue realization.
+ Prepare and deliver Key Performance Metrics and analysis reports in a timely and organized manner.
+ Implement processes for claims follow-up, appeals, and resolution, working closely with payers and other stakeholders to resolve outstanding claims.
+ Oversee and maintain electronic files for the billing department, accounts receivable modules, and electronic billing system.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
+ 3 – 5 years proven experience in revenue cycle management.
+ 1 year of personnel management experience.
+ Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. Minimum of 6 months HR experience required, recruitment experience preferred.
