This position plays a vital role in the Falk College of Sport's success by building organizational partnerships that create experiential learning opportunities for students, particularly those completing Sport Management Capstones.

The Industry Relations and Career Services Manager will develop new relationships and nurture existing partnerships with organizations across the college's disciplines to expand experiential learning experiences. The role also encompasses comprehensive career services programming for undergraduate students, focusing on capstone preparation and job readiness skills.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing select sport-related immersion trips, managing various experiential learning initiatives, and leading the experience credit course. This position serves as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice, ensuring students gain the real-world experience needed to launch successful careers in sport and human performance industries.

This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.
