• 1.1 School Aide

    Salary: $18 / Hour

     

    Seeking upbeat 1:1 Behavioral Aide's to work in a school setting for the upcoming 2025 - 2026 school year. Previous experience is REQUIRED. We have positions available in all grade levels k-12.     Position Details:

    + 2025 - 26 SY

    + 37.5 guaranteed hours per week

    + Aug 4 start

    + 1:1 case with an EC student

    + Working with students with severe/profound disabilities. Include toileting/diapering, behaviors safety, mobility

    Requirements

    + Previous experience as support aide, behavioral tech, CNA or 1:1 care with autism required

    + Previous experience in a school setting, or at least working with kids with special needs is highly preferred

    + CPI preferred

    + Must be passionate about working with children

    + Strong ability to collaborate with others and be a team player

    + Patient, positive attitude, servant leader

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or its equivalent.

    + Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

    + Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

    + Current CPR card.

    + Current TB Skin test or Chest X-ray
