Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 3 PM

Pay: $21-$25/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Provide one-on-one and group behavior support to students

+ Implement proven ABA strategies to help students learn and grow

+ Assist in crisis intervention and support positive behavior development

+ Maintain accurate records and data collection to track progress

+ Help students build independent skills for lifelong success

+ Work side-by-side with teachers and behavioral specialists to create a supportive environment

What You Need to Join the Team

+ High school diploma required

+ Experience in behavior intervention preferred (but passion goes a long way!)

+ Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

+ Eager to learn and make a lasting impact
