    Job Summary:

    Drive sales growth by exceeding regional refresh goals and achieving an 8-10% sales lift post-refresh. Manage sales, merchandising, marketing, and customer service across retail locations in your region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Frequent onsite visits to build client relationships and uphold company standards

    + Collaborate with clients and operations to meet needs and support refreshes

    + Communicate with drivers and manage refresh tracking/reporting

    + Identify underperforming locations and recommend improvements (product mix, branding, technology)

    + Lead retail strategies and coordinate resources to meet objectives on time and budget

    + Troubleshoot POS systems and maintain knowledge of products, planograms, and account restrictions

    + Assist with pricing audits and reporting for leadership and client presentations

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and safety standards

    + Report critical information to senior management regarding account status

    Supervisory Role:

    Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and Customer Service Managers during refreshes.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong retail sales, communication, and leadership skills

    + Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and positive

    + Ability to work independently and in teams

    + Project management, merchandising, warehouse/purchasing experience a plus

    + Travel up to 80% with company car included
