    Zantech is looking for a talented Top Secret Cleared Cloud Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead NIST RMF support and compliance activities, Zero Trust Architecture implementation, and Vulnerability management and threat detection for an upcoming role based out of the Pentagon near Washington DC.

     

    The Senior Technical Program Manager will provide comprehensive multidisciplinary cybersecurity leadership for the cloud infrastructure, ensuring robust security posture and compliance with DoD cybersecurity mandates to protect sensitive military family information and maintain operational security.

    Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

    + Comprehensive multidisciplinary leadership and cyber-related support for

    + Develop and maintain Zero Trust Architecture across IL2, IL4, and IL5 cloud infrastructure

    + NIST RMF support via DoD eMASS platform

    + Advanced security architecture for predictive threat detection and response

    + Cybersecurity compliance monitoring and reporting

    + Vulnerability management and penetration testing experience preferred

    + DoD defensive cyber operational activities experience preferred

    + 24/7/365 security monitoring capability required

    Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

    + Minimum 8 years managing cybersecurity projects of similar size and complexity within cloud environment

    + Minimum 8 years experience with NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53, STIGs, SCAP, IAVAs, and FISMA

    + Skills Required:

    + Cloud cybersecurity architecture and management

    + NIST Risk Management Framework expertise

    + DoD cybersecurity compliance and standards

    + Threat detection and vulnerability management

    + Security incident response and analysis

    Required Certifications/Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or related field

    + Advanced degree in relevant technical field preferred

    + One of the following certifications required:

    + CISM, CISSO, FITSP-M, GCIA, GCSA, GCIH, GSLC, GICSP, CISSP-ISSMP, or CISSP

    Required Security Clearance:

    + US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
