    Zantech is looking for a talented Secret Cleared Outreach and Engagement Program Manager to provide strategic integrated communication by managing content and creative services, digital strategies, media relations, and community and public engagement programs for an upcoming role based out of the Pentagon near Washington DC.

     

    The Outreach and Engagement Program Manager will lead day-to-day oversight of all outreach and engagement operations supporting the mission to reach and serve military families, with focus on digital strategies, content development, and community engagement reaching millions of service members and families.

    Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

    + Day-to-day oversight of all O&E contract personnel and Task 2 performance

    + Program ideation and strategic recommendations to Government

    + Prepare responses to Government on O&E issues, concerns, or problems

    + Manage stakeholder relationships and communications strategies

    + Oversee content lifecycle management and creative services

    Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

    + Minimum 8 years managing Government/corporate communications or marketing communications

    + Minimum 5 years O&E management experience in brand development, public relations, strategic planning, web and social media operations Government communications and marketing

    + Stakeholder management and relationship building

    + Brand and content development

    + Public relations and strategic planning

    + Web and social media operations management

    + Team leadership and program ideation

    + Experience with user bases of 1M+ preferred

    + Web CMS, UI/UX testing and curation experience preferred

    + Ad campaign management experience preferred

    Required Certifications/Education:

    + Bachelor's degree level experience plus additional relevant experience

    + PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR DAWIA Level III Program Management preferred

    Required Security Clearance:

    + US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
