    Role Overview

    **SodexoMagic** is hiring a **General Manager 5** to oversee student nutrition operations for the **District of Columbia Public Schools** in the **Washington, DC area** . This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive operational goals and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of school nutrition management. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead and manage 5 Operation Managers within our DCPS partnership

    + Oversee food procurement, inventory, and ensure food safety and quality standards

    + Drive marketing, culinary, and nutrition programs and initiatives

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, school leadership, and support teams

    + Drive financial, compliance, and operational performance targets

    + Ensure completion of daily Quality Assurance audits and compliance with food and physical safety standards
