Now Hiring: Quality Inspectors – B and C Shift

**Location:** Rochester, NY

**Pay:** $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule Options:

+ **B Shift:** Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

+ **C Shift:** Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Join a growing manufacturing team as a **Quality Inspector** , where you’ll ensure products meet customer standards through visual checks and precision measurements. If you have at least 2 years of inspection or quality experience and want stable hours with growth potential, we’d like to hear from you.

Job Duties Include:

+ Inspect materials and products visually and with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

+ Review blueprints and follow GD&T specifications

+ Complete in-process, first-piece, and final inspections

+ Record inspection results accurately and alert leadership to any issues

+ Verify calibration on inspection equipment

+ Support special projects and help cover team tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

+ 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection

+ Comfortable reading blueprints and using inspection tools

+ Familiarity with CMM equipment like Sheffield or Zeiss is a plus, but not required

+ Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

+ Able to work independently and communicate clearly

+ Physical Requirements:

+ Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

+ Good vision for close-up work and color inspection

+ Ability to work in both quiet and louder shop environments
