We are seeking a **Director Sales Operations** to join our team and lead with purpose.
**Location:** Oklahoma City
**Schedule:** Full-time
**Travel:** Up to 15% overnight travel (Oklahoma and expanding into other surrounding states in the future)
About the Role:
As Director Sales Operations, you’ll lead efforts to increase Veteran Affairs-funded admissions and drive agency revenue while managing your own productive territory. This is a critical role focused on strategic growth, community partnerships, and elevating care access for veterans and private pay clients.
What You’ll Do:
+ Coach, train, and mentor sales staff across multiple territories
+ Drive VA account development and manage key regional relationships
+ Lead education efforts with physicians, hospitals, and facilities regarding home care and hospice services
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet admission and revenue goals
+ Maintain regular contact with accounts to retain and grow business
+ Coordinate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
+ Serve as a liaison between Elara Caring and VA physicians, hospitals, and community partners
+ Track and report sales activities using company CRM and documentation standards
+ Represent Elara Caring in the community through networking, events, and committee involvement
What We’re Looking For:
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business or Health-related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
+ **Experience:** 5+ years in sales or sales management (home health, hospice, or personal care experience strongly preferred)
+ **Leadership:** Proven ability to motivate, coach, and grow a sales team
+ **Knowledge:** Understanding of home care regulations, referral sources, and veteran services
+ **Tech:** Ability to document activities and track outcomes using CRM tools
+ **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
+ **Travel:** Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with VA services, veteran community outreach, and private pay growth
+ Involvement in professional or community organizations
+ Familiarity with Oklahoma provider network
+ Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and strategic execution
