    •️ Project: 6,000+ Smart Water Meter Upgrades

     

    Join a fast-moving team upgrading water systems with Badger smart meters and cellular endpoints! Whether experienced or ready to train, this is your opportunity to earn big while working outdoors.

     

    • Responsibilities

    + Install ¾”–1” meters, encoders & endpoints

    + Upgrade 1½”–2” meters & chambers

    + Retrofit registers/endpoints

    + Install encoder or endpoint only

    • Expectations

    + Daily: 18–20 installs

    + Weekly Min: 80 installs

    + Bonus: $100 for 90 installs/week

    • Compensation

    + Training (3 days): $15/hr

    + Per Meter Rates:

    • ¾”-1” Install – $12.50

    • 1.5”-2” Install/Chamber – $50.00

    • Retrofit – $7.50

    • Endpoint or Encoder ONLY – $5.00

    + Fuel Reimbursement: $1.00/meter

    + Traveling Techs: +$1.00/meter per diem

    + Weekly Bonus: $100 at 90 installs

    • Schedule

    + Yard Check-in: 7:00–7:30 AM

    + First Install: 8:00–8:30 AM

    + Install 7+ active hours/day

    + Log times accurately

    • Rules

    + No-call/no-show = termination

    + Minimum 5-day work week

    + No passengers, pets, or distractions

    + No drugs/alcohol (zero tolerance)

    + Return tools, meters & paperwork daily

    • Success Tips

    • Communicate with your PM

    • Follow photo & install procedures

    • Maximize time = maximize pay
