Coffee Responsibilities:

+ Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner

+ Take guest orders & process payment

+ Ensure guests receive quality products as ordered

+ Craft personalized coffee drinks

+ Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas

+ Assisting guests with club access

+ Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Retail Responsibilities:

+ Selling retail items from coffee bar POS

+ Knowledge of products sold in the Pro Shop

+ Alerting the Coffee Bar Director of inventory in need of restocking

+ Hand out towels to members when needed

Personal Profile:

+ Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality

+ Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility

+ Maintain current certifications and be a lifelong learner

+ Critically assess own performance

+ Mature, credible, and comfortable working with upper management in a clear and straightforward manner

+ Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, habits, and treatment of others

Personal Skills:

+ Barista experience preferred.

+ Able and willing to talk to everyone with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism

+ Outgoing and personable

+ Independent problem solver

+ Adaptable and a team player

+ Ability to talk with a variety of members each day

+ Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibilities
