Job Title: Business Operations Specialist/Business Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (It may extend after the budget approval)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, no OT

Pay Rate Range: $32.18-$35.45/hr

Candidate Requirements

Required Experience

+ 5–7 years of professional experience in business operations or legal/compliance roles

+ Legal and compliance experience with contract review responsibilities

+ Familiarity with Microsoft internal tools and systems is strongly preferred

Education

+ Degree not mandatory; practical experience is the key requirement

Top 3 Hard Skills

1. **Contract Management & Sales Compliance** : 5–6 years

2. **Legal/Compliance Background** : 5–6 years

3. **Microsoft Internal Tools & Systems** (CRM COSMIC, VL Central, OneVet, ECIF Central, OneSOE, APT): 4+ years

+ Previous Microsoft experience
