    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and lead a team of on-site managers. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with frequent travel.

     

    + Oversee and support 3+ Property Managers across multiple locations.

    + Ensure full compliance with HUD regulations and perform detailed income qualification checks.

    + Travel up to 50% of the time with no fixed home base—flexibility and mobility are essential.

    + Provide leadership, training, and performance management to on-site teams.

    + Collaborate with senior leadership to implement operational strategies and ensure property performance goals are met.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate must be strong with HUD compliance and income qualification checks.
