Are you ready to bring your strong litigation expertise to a growing plaintiff firm dedicated to helping individuals? We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic team in Emeryville, CA, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you will:

+ Conduct case file management and organize litigation documents with precision.

+ Draft, review, and prepare complex legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.

+ Support attorneys during all phases of litigation, from case intake to trial preparation.

+ Manage calendars and schedules to ensure timely filing deadlines and court appearances.

+ Conduct legal research to support case strategy and development.

+ Maintain open and clear communication with clients, and serve as a key point of contact between clients and attorneys.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.

+ Familiarity with plaintiff-side litigation preferred.

+ Strong proficiency in litigation processes, including eDiscovery, trial preparation, and calendaring.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work on-site in Emeryville, CA.
