Description We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sourcing team in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the development of financial acumen across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and play a key role in creating impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision support to the Sourcing team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic financial plan, annual budget targets, and operational forecasts.

• Provide actionable financial recommendations by evaluating business opportunities and assessing their impact on organizational goals.

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for raw materials and other costs, ensuring accurate evaluations and ongoing maintenance.

• Facilitate month-end close activities related to sourcing costs and deliver meaningful insights to drive improvements.

• Partner with Contract Manufacturing teams and external business partners to maintain accurate pricing and cost tracking systems.

• Drive cost-saving initiatives through continuous improvement efforts and process optimization.

• Educate team members on financial principles and their impact, fostering sound decision-making capabilities.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic initiatives.

• Mentor interns and rotational team members, supporting their growth and development. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of analytical experience; experience in cost accounting within manufacturing is preferred.

• Proficiency in financial systems such as Power BI, Business Objects Reporting, and Business Planning tools is advantageous.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated analytical expertise.

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• Experience in coaching or leading team members is a plus.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and drive for continuous improvement.
