Punch Press Machine Operators

Adecco seeking experienced and reliable Punch Press Machine Operators in Houston, Tx. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining hydraulic and mechanical presses, ensuring the production of high-quality components, and supporting our production team in achieving operational goals.

Responsibilities:

+ Set up, operate, and maintain press machines to produce high-precision components.

+ Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance.

+ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, taking corrective action when needed.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with press machines.

+ Perform routine maintenance on press machines and report any major malfunctions to the maintenance team.

+ Adhere to production schedules and meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

+ Work collaboratively with the team to improve production processes and efficiency.

+ Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred).

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience operating press machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

+ Strong knowledge of press machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
