Salary: $735 / Week

This isn’t your typical behavior tech position. As a District-Flex Behavior Technician , you’ll be the go-to support for Glendale Unified School District—stepping in wherever you’re needed most, every single day.

You’ll work across elementary, middle, and high schools , supporting students with a wide range of needs—from mild/moderate to moderate/severe—in any classroom setting. Whether it’s 1:1, embedded, or classroom-wide support, you’ll be the difference-maker when consistency matters most.

+ Accept and report to daily assignments across multiple school sites

+ Provide behavioral and instructional support in diverse classroom settings

+ Quickly review and implement IEPs, BIPs, and individualized strategies

+ Use ABA principles to support student success (e.g., prompting, reinforcement, FBA insight)

+ Collect and report data using methods like frequency and duration tracking

+ Use visual supports proactively (e.g., token boards, visual schedules)

+ Assist with toileting and hygiene routines when needed

+ 2+ years of experience in ABA or as a Behavior Technician (preferred)

+ Experience with a range of behaviors and support needs

+ Strong understanding of ABA fundamentals

+ Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professionalism in any setting

+ Flexibility to travel between schools and accept any assignment— non-negotiable

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
