    DESCRIPTION

    Acosta seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Benefits Operations Analyst to support and optimize Acosta Group’s enterprise Benefits systems and processes. This role combines deep knowledge of employee benefits with technical expertise in HRIS platforms to ensure efficient and accurate benefits administration. As a key member of the HR Data team, you will play a critical role in executing Acosta’s benefit programs, and service as a subject matter expert in system configuration and data management. This role requires a people first mindset with a passion for execution and continuous improvement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential Functions:

    + Serves as the SME for the benefit systems, including Benefitfocus and Oracle HCM, with a focus on configuration, data conversion and implementation.

    + Gather and define business and technical requirements for benefits-related projects.

    + Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support system implementations and enhancements.

    + Provide quality assurance and analysis on data files, payroll related benefits data, and absence related changes or conversions.

    + Research and resolve benefits related to data discrepancies and escalated issues.

    + Develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity and prevent future issues.

    + Participate in testing as a part of the implementation and future changes where required.

    + Configures the internal and external HR systems for employee benefits enrollment.

    + Ensures HRIS and third-party systems contain accurate data and are configured to support plan and business requirements.

    + Meeting the physical requirements – listed below.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    Work Experience Requirements:

    + 4 or more years of experience in a Benefits Analyst or HRIS analyst role.

    + Proficiency in management and/or configuration of HRM software such as Benefitfocus, Oracle HCM, UKG and ADP.

    + Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access; strong knowledge of database tools with the ability to work with large data sets.

    + Experience in documenting processes as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.

    + Experience in process improvement and operational/service excellence.

    + Experience in a fast-paced work environment.

    + Ability to prioritize and deliver on urgent priorities.

    + Experience working on multiple projects at once and participating on multiple project teams.
