In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring production aligns with engineering requirements while coordinating across engineering, quality, and customer\-facing functions
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
•Supports production, business, and other processes in a team\-based manufacturing environment\.
•Performs activities in a variety of cross\-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering\.
•The incumbent may facilitate self\-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement\.
•Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations\.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or aerospace manufacturing or production operations
• Ability to identify defective parts or workmanship issues, and determine root cause and potential corrective actions
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and planning documents in a professional setting
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite \(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook\)
• Capable of thriving in a fast\-paced, dynamic work environment
Desired Skills:
Experience in F\-35 production or within regulated industries such as aerospace or defense
• Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or coaching team members
• Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, SFM, QADS, VAS, and JEDI or similar industry equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance
• Experience reviewing work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role supporting shop floor execution

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** Non\- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
