We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support multifunctional department\. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our commercial/industrial facility\. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to management and staff, performing a variety of tasks to ensure the successful operation of our facility\. Your duties will include:
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings and conferences\.
Maintaining critical files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information\.
Composing reports, correspondence, and memorandums using standard software and technologies\.
Reviewing documents for grammatical accuracy and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures\.
Being responsible for calendar management, include scheduling staff meetings, appointments and preparing presentation materials\.
Basic Qualifications:
\-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook\.
\-Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules for leaders\.
\-Data Analysis and Reporting: Basic data analysis and reporting skills\.

\-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interact with colleagues, management, and clients\.
\-Organizational and Time Management Skills: must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, maintain multiple calendars and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment\.
\-Adaptability and Flexibility: must be able to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and technologies, and be flexible in their work schedule and tasks\.
\-Familiarity with AI\-powered tools and automation software can help streamline tasks and improve efficiency\.
\-Cybersecurity and Data Protection: Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection principles can help protect sensitive information and maintain confidentiality\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
