_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $32 / hour. Responsibilities:

+ Manage daily project schedules, ensuring timely arrival of crews and on-site delivery of materials (tools, dumpsters, paint, etc.)

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients communicating start times, updates, and completion timelines

+ Supervise field teams and provide on-site support to maintain high quality and safety standards

+ Recruit, coordinate, and manage skilled and general labor (cleaners, painters, handymen, laborers) for residential jobs

+ Assist in enforcing company policies related to scheduling, field operations, and customer communication

+ Conduct field work as needed, including job site walk-throughs, quality checks, handyman tasks, and cleanouts

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in construction, property services, or skilled trades

+ Knowledge of residential repair, renovation, or field service operations

+ Eligible for or able to obtain a Virginia HIC Specialty License (Class A/B license preferred)

+ Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems

+ Previous experience in customer-facing roles; service-oriented mindset is a must

+ Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
