    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Lead Screen Printer:

    + Setting and printing multiple jobs a day on an SROQ automatic press

    + Paying attention to each job's details and printing them properly

    + Mixing both plastisol and discharge inks

    + Keeping the machine and workspace clean and organized

    + Proper screen coating, exposing, and washing out when needed

    + Using the proper squeegees for the right inks

    + Maintenance on machine when needed

    + Finishing jobs on schedule and meeting deadlines

    + Various tasks such as stocking inventory, cycle counting, etc

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + 5 years plus of experience setting and running jobs on an automatic press

    + Can perform in an environment that values independence and creativity of thought

    + Exhibit personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability

    + Experience in all aspects of screen printing

    + Passion for screen printing and ambition to continue to learn and grow in the industry

    + Solution-seeker with a preference or tendency for action over bureaucracy

    + Can embrace new ideas and work in an unstructured environment

    + Ability to respond to urgent situations appropriately by prioritization

    + Background check and drug screening required
